Researcher from the Sports Tech Research Centre participate in P4 Jämtland

David Sundström at the Sports Tech Research Centre was interviewed by local radio in early May, where he talked about his research on energy consumption at low and high running speed on different inclines.
David Sundström talked about how energy consumption varies depending on speed and incline, and how runners are affected on steeper downhill runs. He also contributed with several useful tips for those who want to head out into the terrain.
