PhD‑student Erwan Leria presented his work in a half‑time seminar
On December 18th, PhD-student Erwan Leria, presented his work on Photorealistic Real-Time Rendering for Light Field Display devices, in a half-time seminar.
Erwan Leria works as an early stage researcher within the Plenoptima project at Tampere University, Finland, and Mid Sweden University. His research topic is "Real-time View Interpolation with Distributed Heterogeneous Computing". On December 18th, he presentetd his work on Photorealistic Real-Time Rendering for Light Field Display devices in a half-time seminar. Supervisor to the work are Prof Tingting Zhang from Mid Sweden University, Assoc. Prof Pekka Jääskelainen from Tampere university, Prof Mårten Sjöström from Mid Sweden University, Assistant Prof Robert Bregovic and Dr Markku Mäkitalo from Tampere university.
Opponent at the presentation was Prof. Ulf Assarsson from Chalmers Technical University. Erwan now will continue his work towards a doctoral degree
