ALBi is a research group interested in different aspects of language and bilingualism in relation to emotions and social contexts.
The research group investigates different aspects of language and bilingualism in relation to emotions and social contexts. Our research includes minority languages (especially South Sami) and mental health, perception of emotion in a second language, the relationship between language and emotion, stereotypes and prejudices against speakers with a regional or foreign accent, experiences of speaking with a regional or foreign accent, and other connected areas.
