How can schools' quality work create greater value – instead of focusing on identifying shortcomings? This is one of the questions in Michael Johnson's dissertation in quality technology at Mid Sweden University. Now Kvalitetsmagasinet is highlighting his research in an article.
In an article in Kvalitetsmagasinet, Dr Michael Johnson's research is highlighted, in which he shows how a more responsive approach to quality work can strengthen schools' improvement work and contribute to increased value-creating capacity. The research is based on the premise that schools need to be seen as living systems where quality is developed through the interaction between people, relationships and structures.
