Waste and Recycling

At Mid Sweden University, all employees themselves are responsible for sorting waste and recycling materials directly at the site for sorting. More information about waste and recycling can be found here.

The service includes:

• Transport of sorted waste, including hazardous operational waste such as batteries, light sources and electronic waste, to waste rooms where it is picked up by external contractors
• Provision of containers for confidential waste and electronic waste
• Purchase of furniture and signage for sorting of waste
• Extra containers and containers if necessary
• Support when establishing source sorting guides
• Advice and support on waste issues
