Telephony and switchboard

The Division of Infrastructure is responsible for Mid Sweden University’s collective telephony with call centre, telephone exchange, subscriptions and hardware. 

• Fixed and/or mobile connection in the University’s switchboard.
• Switchboard functions, voicemail, referral function and telephony services
• Maintenance of network, call traffic and services
• Maintenance of fixed and mobile number series
• Call Centre and Contact Centre Functionality
• Mobile phone and//or Softphone (the option to call from the computer)
• Support, error reporting and telephony advice
