Teaching premises and conference technology

The Division of Infrastructure is responsible for the teaching premises and conference technology at Mid Sweden University. The service includes a number of systems to support have travel-free meetings and distance teaching for employees and students.  More information about classroom and conference technology.

The service includes:

• Access to technically equipped premises for teaching and conference
• Access to e-meeting tools such as Zoom and Teams
• Start-up assistance at the start of technology in classrooms, conference rooms and video conference facilities
• Emergency support in ongoing learning situation, both on site and remotely
• Daily rounding of conference and classrooms
• Operation and maintenance of the equipment
• Upcoming service: Film, sound and still production
• Advice, Error remediation, training and support
