Telephony and switchboard
The Division of Infrastructure is responsible for Mid Sweden University’s collective telephony with call centre, telephone exchange, subscriptions and hardware. More information about the telephony service can be found here.
- Fixed and/or mobile connection in the University’s switchboard
- Switchboard functions, voicemail, referral function and telephony services
- Maintenance of network, call traffic and services
- Maintenance of fixed and mobile number series
- Call Centre and Contact Centre Functionality
- Mobile phone and//or Softphone (the option to call from the computer)
- Support, error reporting and telephony advice
