The wind tunnel is visible in this autumn's Ask Lund | 2018 |
A TV crew from SVT was recently on site at Mid Sweden University in Östersund to record a feature for the program Ask Lund.
The host Kristian Luuk, in his capacity as test subject, carried out several tests in the wind tunnel under the leadership of Mikael Bäckström, Sports Tech Research Centre, and space physicist Gabriella Stenberg-Wieser, the Institute of Space Physics in Kiruna.
"It's fantastic that there are facilities like this as the wind tunnel, which allow us to answer viewers' smart and complicated questions," says Kristian Luuk, host of Ask Lund.
The question that the TV team investigated was, among other things, about rain, and the results will be available to viewers during this autumn's season of the TV classic Ask Lund, where researchers answer questions about everything between heaven and earth in a light-hearted way.
