Register reimbursement for medical care and medicines
In Primula, under the menu item My page and Reimbursements/Fees, you register your case regarding medical expenses and reimbursement for medicines.
For pharmaceuticals
- Select the form MIUN Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.
- Select the type of compensation from the drop-down list.
- For pharmaceutical expenses made from 260101, you may only claim reimbursement on one occasion per year, no later than January of the year following the calendar year in which the costs were incurred. The costs are substantiated by attaching an extract from the eHealth Agency's Läkemedelskollen. Extracts from the high-cost base can be obtained digitally via Läkemedelskollen with the help of e-identification. Make sure you select the "High-cost protection (pdf)" option.
- Register:
- In the date field, enter the date of the first medicine expense for which you are claiming reimbursement during the current year.
- Add up the amounts from the column "Self-determination" for the pharmaceutical expenses you want reimbursement for during the year in question and enter this total amount in the amount field.
- Attach your pdf "High-cost protection (pdf)" digitally to the case under Medd/Car (remember to click "add" after you have chosen the file to be attached). - Click Submit.
Your registration will be assigned a case number and you can follow the status of the case under My cases.
For medical expenses
- Select the form MIUN Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.
- Select the type of compensation from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Date and Amount. If you have had two visits on the same day, the expenses must be registered in two separate cases, otherwise you will only be reimbursed for one visit.
- Attach the receipt digitally to the case under Medd/Car (remember to click "add" after you have chosen the file to be attached).
- The receipt for a doctor's visit must state the name and type of visit.
- The receipt for the physiotherapist must state whether the practitioner is linked to the high-cost protection. - Click Submit.
Your registration will be assigned a case number and you can follow the status of the case under My cases.
