The timetable for the salary review is jointly planned between the employer and the trade unions so that the new salaries will be ready for payment on the December salary, with retroactive effect from 1 October.

The parties are currently working on preparatory work for next autumn's salary review. The audit intends to get started immediately after the summer holidays, where the first step for managers and employees will be to have their salary discussion.
