The timetable for the 2025 salary review is jointly planned so that the new salaries will be ready for payment on the December salary, with retroactive effect from 1 October 2025.
Salary review 2025
- If you are part of this autumn's audit (employed before 1 June 2025), you must be offered a salary review during the period August to 19 October.
- If you are a SACO-S member , you will be offered a salary-setting conversation during the period 22 October - 26 November.
- After the conversation, your supervisor will send you a salary agreement with your new salary in Primula. The case in Primula must be processed by you as an employee no later than 26 November.
- For those who are OFR/S (ST) members, collective bargaining takes place during the period 22 October - 26 November.
- Our goal is that the new salaries and retroactivity from 1 October will be paid on the December salary on 23 December.
