Work Glasses
If you are bothered by visual and eye problems when working with computer screens, your employer must offer an eye examination and pay for computer glasses.
The employer must pay for the employee's special glasses if the eye examination shows that it is necessary and that glasses for normal use cannot be used.
According to the current framework agreement, a special allocation key must be used. This means that the supplier is not chosen according to a fixed ranking, but is based on the product category and the place where the need exists, among other things.
What to do:
For computer glasses at one of our locations in Sundsvall or Östersund, Synsam is listed as the first choice and you can then follow the instructions below. For other product categories or locations, you can follow the instructions in the instruction file for call-offs to see which supplier you should turn to. In this file you can also find a price list, as well as addresses for all stores covered by the framework agreement.

- You will be required to provide your manager's email address for booking/requisition approval.
For paper handling, print out the form for requisition of Work Glasses.
- The paper requisition must be signed by the head of department/manager
- Book an appointment with your nearest Synsam, bring and leave the requisition with you during the visit.
