Primula is not working
Due to a major operational disruption, it is not possible to access Primula at this time.
The National Government Service Centre, which handles the salaries of several government agencies, including Mid Sweden University, has operational disruptions in several systems. However, the fact that Primula is down right now does not affect January salaries. According to a mailing that SSC has sent to its customers, they have backup routines when the IT systems fail. They also write that the salaries for January have already been sent to the banks.
The management has a regular dialogue with the National Service Center and other universities that are affected.
