Save the Date! Career Day for PhD-students
All of Mid Sweden University’s PhD-students are cordially invited and encouraged to attend this event, which will be held at Campus Sundsvall the 21 of November
This year’s Career Day will present career opportunities within the academic sphere as well as other interesting career paths for PhD-students. According to the Swedish Higher Education Authority, 56 percent of doctoral graduates in Sweden work outside academia three years after a completed doctoral degree (29 percent remain at the same university where they received their doctoral degree, while 15 percent work at another university). A good understanding of different labor possibilities and opportunities is important for future employment.
We have arranged the programme so that as a PhD student in Östersund you will be able to take the train on a one day trip.
