Summer vacation
By May 1st, all employees must have planned their vacation and also registered in Primula if anything other than the standard period has been agreed upon between the head of department/manager and employee.
Standard holidays apply to all employees with positions in the teaching category as well as postdoctoral fellows, assistant professors and psychologists according to the current working hours agreement. The standard period begins on the Monday after midsummer, in 2026 on June 22. All vacation days for the year will be automatically allocated from this date unless otherwise agreed with the nearest head of department.
If, after agreement with the head of department, you will not take all of your annual vacation during the standard period or if the time period deviates, you must administer your vacation yourself via Primula no later than May 1.
