Delays within the schedule function

At the moment, the schedule function receives very large volumes of cases, which has led to us not really being on track. Despite this, we do our best to handle the cases and we will get back to you as soon as possible after your case has been resolved.

It may therefore take longer than usual before we rectify your case and get back to you. We hope for your understanding of this.
