Training on Personal Data in Research
How does legislation affect research projects that handle personal data? This autumn, Mid Sweden University offers a digital training session on data protection for researchers – with sessions available in both Swedish and English.
To support the planning and management of research data, and to prepare for an application for ethical review approval, the training provides insights into how data protection legislation, the Ethical Review Act, and other relevant laws impact research. You will also receive information about the support available within the university.
The training will be held via Microsoft Teams in two separate sessions:
The sessions are led by Mid Sweden University’s legal counsel, Jon Öberg. There will also be opportunities to ask questions and engage in discussion with other participants.
