Do you use Trio User to manage your telephone extension?

On 4 February, Mid Sweden University will get a new switchboard solution, Tele2Växel. As a result, Trio User will be replaced by two new interfaces: the mobile app Tele2Växel and Tele2’s User Portal.
If you currently use Trio User on your mobile phone or computer to manage your extension, it will be replaced by:
- A new mobile app on your work phone, “Tele2 Växel” (replaces Trio User on mobile)
- A new interface on your computer, Tele2’s “User Portal” (replaces Trio User)
During week 5, you will receive more information about the new interfaces and how to access them.
