Working in Sweden – understanding the system
How does Swedish working life function, and what rights, opportunities, and channels for influence are available to employees? These are some of the topics covered in SULF’s webinar Working in Sweden – Understanding the System.
The webinar provides an introduction to the Swedish model and explains how cooperation between employers, employees, and trade unions contributes to working life in Sweden. Participants will also hear personal reflections on navigating Swedish working life and academia, as well as gain insights into workplace culture, collective agreements, and opportunities to influence working conditions.
The webinar is held in English via Zoom and is especially relevant for international staff, doctoral students, and anyone interested in gaining a better understanding of working life in Sweden.
