New property owner for parts of campus Sundsvall
The real estate company Hemsö has purchased the property Förrådet 2 (Åkanten) on Campus Sundsvall from the municipal property company SKIFU.
The property comprises approximately 12,000 square meters and the premises are leased by Mid Sweden University until May 31, 2035. Possession took place on October 30. The change of ownership does not affect Mid Sweden University's operations.
"We look forward to a good collaboration with the new property owner and thank SKIFU for many years of cooperation," says Lennart Johansson, Property Manager at Mid Sweden University.
Fastighetsbolagt Hemsö comments on the acquisition in a press release:
