New routine for application for study break
A new digital routine for applications for study break will be introduced on 23 March 2026. The form is handled in the Service Portal and signed via EDUsign, enabling a more efficient and consistent process for decision-makers.
For some time, a project has been carried out by DOS, the NMT Office and the HUV Office with the aim of digitalising forms for the administrative offices. As a result, a new routine for handling the Application for study break form is now being introduced.
From Monday, 23 March 2026, the form will be fully digital and managed via the Service Portal by all decision-makers. Decisions are signed using EDUsign.
The case is assigned to the decision-maker in the Service Portal, where the decision is made and the document is signed. The case is then returned via the Service Portal.
Guides are available in InfoCaption to support decision-makers in the decision-making process.
If you have any questions, please contact the NMT or HUV Office.
