Lecture: How is Sweden affected by hybrid threats and what do we as citizens need to know?
Information influence, cyber attacks and energy security are no longer distant threat scenarios. They are part of Europe's new security policy reality.
The lecture deals with the impact of hybrid threats on society, the interaction between military and civil preparedness, how the EU and NATO coordinate their work and what this means for Sweden and Northern Europe after NATO membership.
Dr Vira Rattsiborynska is a researcher at the Brussels School of Governance and a former analyst at the NATO Defence College and currently a visiting researcher at Mid Sweden University.
