Great response to our knowledge café sessions in Östersund and Sundsvall
Our knowledge café sessions in Östersund and Sundsvall were well received, thanks to their informal format and the opportunity to get hands-on support with Teams, Outlook and file storage.
In April, the M365 team hosted knowledge café sessions in Östersund and Sundsvall, focusing on how Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint can make everyday work easier. Participants began with a shared introduction to Copilot and then moved freely between themed stations, choosing what felt most useful and relevant to them.
Feedback highlighted the informal setup, the flexibility to focus on individual needs, and the chance to get practical answers on the spot. Many also said they would welcome more sessions like these in the future — so we may see each other again this autumn.
