Time to nominate for Mid Sweden University’s Sustainability Award
Have you written, or do you know of, an outstanding thesis or degree project within sustainable development written by a student of Mid Sweden University? It's time to nominate for Mid Sweden University’s Sustainability Award!
The award highlights and recognizes students who have made particularly strong contributions to sustainable development. It is awarded to the best independent project or thesis at undergraduate or advanced level and serves as a valuable recognition of both quality and commitment in one of the most important issues of our time.
Both teachers and students can submit nominations, and as a student, you are of course welcome to nominate yourself or a student friend from Mid Sweden University. The only requirement is that the work has been approved and addresses sustainable development from a social, economic, cultural, or environmental perspective.
During the spring semester, many students are in the middle of their thesis work, but do not forget to already plan to nominate your work once it is completed! The deadline for nominations is 1 September 2026.
Through the Sustainability Award, Mid Sweden University aims to inspire continued development of knowledge and solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future. Take the opportunity to highlight work that makes a difference! Submit your nomination via the web form, and remember to include a motivation and the relevant thesis. The award is presented in connection with the Alumni of the Year award at September 29 2026.
