Fråga & Fika postponed until the autumn term

The purpose of the new general meeting is to offer a gathering point where we can discuss current issues, exchange perspectives and strengthen the internal dialogue. The concept is new and untested and the management is keen to give as many people as possible the chance to participate.

"We have received some comments that indicate that we were too late in scheduling the meetings in May, which means that there are employees who, due to already booked commitments, cannot participate. We regret this and we want to give this new meeting the best possible start. Therefore, we cancel in May and aim for the already booked meetings in November. This should give all employees sufficient foresight," says Anders Fällström, Vice-Chancellor.

Fråga & Fika is intended to be carried out as a physical meeting without a fixed agenda, with a focus on dialogue, accessibility and a good conversation climate where the management also provides information on current and strategic topics.

"Now we look forward to as many people as possible being able to participate in Fråga & Fika in November instead, over a cup of coffee or tea. Already on 27 May, we will carry out the next Aktuellt & Angeläget and will then, as usual, offer up-to-date information on a number of important topics," says Anders Fällström.

The premiere editions of Fråga & Fika will now be held on 5 November in Östersund, 08.30-09.30, and in Sundsvall 10 November, 10.00-11.00. A meeting invitation is then in your Outlook calendar for some time.
