HUV visited Luleå University of Technology
The Faculty of Human Sciences management team recently visited the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Luleå University of Technology (LTU). The visit provided valuable opportunities for exchange of experience and dialogue on various forms of collaboration between the activities.
The meeting discussed, among other things, the universities' different governance models and the experiences that follow from these. By comparing working methods and organizational solutions, the participants were able to identify both common challenges and success factors.
"Some of the insights from the visit are particularly relevant in light of Mid Sweden University's recently initiated reorganisation of faculty offices and administrative support. The experiences from LTU can certainly be a valuable basis in the continued development work with us, says Pär Olausson, Dean at HUV.
