Microsoft 365 Copilot: Licences Available and Training Coming This Autumn

Mon 15 Jun 2026 08:00

Microsoft 365 Copilot can now be requested through NSP. If you have recently received a licence, this is a great time to start exploring the tool. Training sessions focused on practical use of Copilot across Microsoft 365 will be offered during the autumn.

The rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot at Mid Sweden University is continuing. Employees who see a need for the tool in their work can now request a Copilot licence through NSP.

If you have recently been assigned a licence, now is a good time to start exploring what Copilot can do. The tool is integrated into several Microsoft 365 applications that many of us already use every day, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Forms.

We also know that many employees would like more guidance on how to use Copilot effectively in their day-to-day work. To support this, we will be offering a series of training sessions during the autumn, focusing on practical use cases across the Microsoft 365 suite. The sessions will provide hands-on examples, opportunities to share experiences, and inspiration for how Copilot can be used to support different types of work.

Further information about the training programme, including dates and registration details, will be shared after the summer. Please keep an eye on the university calendar for upcoming announcements.
