Remember to set up call forwarding on your phone before leaving for vacation

As the vacation season is approaching, we at Service Center would like to remind you to forward your phone extension before leaving for your holiday. This makes it easier for us to assist students and others who may try to reach you while you are away.

You can forward your phone by accessing User Portal in a web browser. Sign in by clicking “Log in with Tele2 SSO”.

Click on the oval profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page (to the left of the icon displaying your phone number). Select “Vacation” and then click the arrow next to the clock symbol. Choose “Customize”, enter the start and end dates/times of your vacation, and click “Confirm”.

If you have a company mobile phone, you can also make this setting in Tele2 Växel app.

We at the Service Center appreciate your help in letting us know whether you are available or away when someone calls and asks for you.
