Process manager for the future of support
Maria Torstensson, former head of office at NMT, will be the process manager in the work with the future of operational support. Maria will lead and coordinate the development of the process.
In addition to Maria Torstensson, the working group also includes Jörgen Tholin and Karin Olsson. Jörgen has the overall coordination responsibility and Maria will ensure that the whole is coherent and drive the work forward.
The working group coordinates the work, but the development takes place in close dialogue with the organisation.

Affected managers and employees will be involved in the work, where the needs of the core business and the students are taken care of through both dialogue and participation.
