Using your MIUN phone abroad
From October 18, 2022, using your MIUN phone for phone calls and internet use when you are abroad will be included in your standard Tele2 subscription. This applies in the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, French Caribbean, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Island, Romania, Saint Martin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Austria.
If you are travelling to a country that is not listed above, contact the IT Support via itsupport@miun.se or by making a request in the Service Portal. In your request/email, you need to specify the dates the trip lasts and which country you are travelling to. This information is needed for Helpdesk to make the right settings for your subscription while you travel.
