Operational info: Problems with incoming mail for case management

We are currently having problems receiving mail for our case management.
It affects the following functions.
Service center, Helpdesk, Admissions, Library, Campus service, Student offices, Ladok, Pedagogical development and Schedule.
It works to submit cases via the Service portal https://ssp.nsp.miun.se
