Summer vacation
Now is the time to plan your summer holiday, you must have registered your holiday in Primula by 1 May at the latest, unless you and your immediate manager/head of department have agreed otherwise.
For employees in the teaching category (lecturer, senior lecturer, assistant professor, professor and doctoral students), standard vacation applies in accordance with the current working hours agreement. The standard period begins on the Monday after Midsummer, this year on 24 June. From this date, all of this year's vacation days will be automatically posted unless otherwise agreed with the nearest head of department.
If, after agreement with the Head of Department, you will not take all of your annual leave during the standard period or that the time period deviates, you must administer your annual leave via Primula no later than 1 May.
