Schedule for reading period 1 HT23 is now published
The Scheduling function announces that now all schedules for reading period 1, Autumn 23 are published for visibility in TimeEdit.
Checking the schedule
Now there are schedules for study period 1 published and the schedule function asks course managers and teaching teachers to look through their schedules to make sure they're ok.
Specific requests for dates and times in a schedule can not always be met in detail as the scheduling function needs to be based on, among other things, the size of student groups, campus/house weeks, need for technology and special rooms. Some weeks, such as the course start week, there is a lack of space that makes it difficult to get all the wishes together. It is important that you check that your schedule has the right number of sessions and that it is at the right course, programme litter and location. Also check if any schedule crashes are working.
Please note that the time between the regular exam and the re-examination should be at least 5 weeks in order for there to be time for both the correction and the registration period for the re-examination.
Changes
As a staff, you have the opportunity to make certain changes to the course schedules in TimeEdit yourself. You can change the module, staff and teaching group as well as booking information and link. For more information, see the schema function page.
For other changes, you need to use a change template and send it in a new case to schema@miun.se. You can also create a ticket in the Service Portal, under Schedule via https://ssp.nsp.miun.se/ We would like to receive your requests for adjustments to the schedule before 22 June.
Inspera salstents and changes
Inspera salstents are booked continuously and therefore it may be that they are not visible in the schedule yet but will do so soon. Changes/questions related to salsts and Inspera salstents in courses that have already started are sent to the Examination Coordination: tentasvl@miun.se, tentaosd@miun.se och tentadst@miun.se
