When booking a rental car, you should choose the highest ranked frame contracted supplier.
The state framework agreement for vehicle rental applies during the contract period 170408 – 210407. According to the framework agreement, the following rankings shall be used:

Before and after departure
Always enter the driver’s name and social security number. If there are more than one driver, they should also be specified. The driver must always drive the car; otherwise, the insurance is not valid. The rent includes deductible reduction (CDR), theft protection (TP) and loss damage waiver.

Enter your reference (your organisational unit as well as your first and last name) so that the invoice is correct.
