ChatGPT EDU is an AI-based chatbot and language model developed by OpenAI, specifically adapted for educational environments. It can be used to answer questions, support learning, generate texts in different genres, and conduct dialogue in a natural way in multiple languages.

Within ChatGPT EDU there are also features linked to the use of credits, which makes it important to use the service in a conscious and responsible way. Keep in mind that the quality and veracity of responses may vary, as ChatGPT is a text-generating tool and not a traditional search engine.

Restrictions

The service is approved for employees but must not contain personal data or sensitive material. It may contain the information required for login. 

Licenses may only be purchased for employees at Mid Sweden University, as the university is not allowed to sign up for subscriptions for individual students.
When your employment at Mid Sweden University ends, your account linked to your MIUN email address with the cloud service provider must be deleted. The user is responsible for the account being deleted.

SEK 3,750/year
The cost of the license is charged to the department/division's account, the purchase must be made through the Service Portal.
