Generally

ChatGPT is an AI-based chatbot and large language model developed by OpenAI. ChatGPT can be used to answer questions, write useful texts in different genres, and converse in a human-like manner in many different languages. However, the veracity of the answers and presented "facts" varies, as ChatGPT is a text-generative tool and not a search engine.

The service is approved but must not contain personal data or sensitive material. It may contain the information required for login. The decision applies to the unlicensed version of ChatGPT.

No order needs to be placed. This applies to the unlicensed version available online. The user browses to chat.openai.com and creates an account himself.
