The Vault is a service where you can store and share your files with others.
General information
The service can be used by anyone who has a need to share their documents with external users. As the service has a higher level of protection than M365, an information classification is recommended before deciding whether the service should be used for your project or collaboration. The following describes how you can use the service.
Secure file storage and file management
- Share files and folders with colleagues and/or other parties
- Collaborate between different geographical locations
Document management
Editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in document formats such as DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX, as well as a number of open formats. All of these documents can be edited together with colleagues from mobile or browser.
