Change schedule
As a staff, you can change the already published schedule/course schedule.
As a staff, you can change a course schedule through the entry line schedule for modules, staff and teaching group, as well as add or change information for the students in the info box for your entire department, e.g. moment description, reading instructions or other information that the students need to take part in. In the link box, you can add or change a link to the students.
- Use the Chrome browser. Go to: Personnel Schedule Enforcement
- Select the input My Schedule, select Swamid MIUN (this is our SSO login) for authentication. You log in with the same username and password as on your computer.
- Select staff in the menu row, select line schedule, select course section in the drop-down menu and type in the search box the course you want to add/change information and/or link to.
- In the Search results box, you will see your search results, click on the course you want to change staff, moment, teaching group or add/change information and/or links to. The selected course is moved to the My Choices box, click View Schedule.
- When you have the schedule, click on the row with the booking where you want to change staff, moment, teaching group or add/change information and/or link. Select Edit.
- Tap done and close the edit box through the cross. Check the schedule to make sure the change was correct.
Changes to written exams and Inspera written exams
Written exams and Inspera written exams are scheduled by the schedule function as far as possible based on the current schedule template. In some cases, other examination days may occur to avoid clashes between programmes. For changes/questions regarding written exams and Inspera written exams when the schedule is published, please contact the Examination function through their e-mail at inspera@miun.se
Other changes
Minor adjustments/changes to a schedule are made during a revision period after a schedule release. Information/dates for the current revision period will be sent out in connection with the release of the schedule to the course coordinator.
Please remember to also inform the students, especially if the changes are close in time as it may affect the students' planning.
Changes/additions to room bookings are made continuously during the year.
To make changes/additions, you can create a matter in the Service Portal, under Schedule through the Service Portal or fill in the change template that you will find below and email it to schema@miun.se
