Searching for a schedule
At Mid Sweden University, we use the scheduling program TimeEdit.
Both students and staff have access to schedule viewing through the website or by subscribing to their schedule through their computer, smartphone or tablet. The schedule must be available to the student no later than four weeks before the start of the course.
Here you can search for course, programme, local and staff schedules.
Information on how to import/export your schedule to outlook
In Outlook, you go into the calendar, right-click on My calendars and choose Add calendar -> From the internet. There you can paste the link you exported from TimeEdit.
Mac - add web calendar to Outlook
The add web calendar function, e.g. TimeEdit, is missing in the Outlook app on Mac, but you can still activate the calendar through the Outlook web app and then it will also appear in the Outlook app on the computer.
Sign in to miun.se, select Tools, and then select TimeEdit. Find a schedule that you want to import into your Outlook calendar. Drag your mouse cursor down over the top row of the page and the Subscribe button will appear. Click Subscribe, select the time range, select and copy the link.
Sign in to miun.se, select Tools, and then select Mail to get to the Outlook web app. Select the calendar on the left, and then click Add calendar in the middle left.
Select Subscribe from web and paste the link you received from the subscription into TimeEdit.
Name the calendar etc and click on Import/Import. The calendar will then show up directly in your Outlook calendar in the Outlook app on your computer.
