Our workshop selection - in-depth

Educational development offers five different specializations when it comes to in-depth workshops for Canvas. Current dates can be found in the registration form below.

1. Course design

Plan and build your course with a focus on constructive linking and pedagogical approach based on Canva's functionality and the template. Multimodality and student-active ways of working for engagement and variation for optimal learning. 

Time required: 1.5h

2. Assignments & Assessment in Canvas

Different types of assignments, assessment/assessments (manage, publish), groups, peer review, plagiarism check.

Time required: 1.5h

3. Accessibility in your course room  

The template and accessibility, the accessibility check in Canvas, link validation, tips and tricks for accessibility.

Time: 1.5h

4. Quizzes in Canvas

Create, moderate, assess quizzes, share. Item banks: create, manage and share.

Time required: 2h

5. Multimedia in Canvas

Create and use video in Canvas (with MiunPlay/Studio), manage images, video, audio, multimedia assignments/submissions. 

Time required: 1.5h

Registration for workshop Canvas - in-depth

Tailor-made workshops on Canvas

We design a workshop based on your wishes, e.g. for a teaching team, subject team or department. Examples are repetition of basics in Canvas, question time, assignments and assessment, or based on specific functional needs such as Latex, quizzes or matrices.
