Reporting
For distance education, there are several possible alternatives to such things as report writing or vernissage. Practical activities can be reported, for example, through video meetings, blog posts, ventilations in groups or recorded films. When choosing an approach, it is worth considering, among other things:
- What is the purpose of reporting their work? Should students learn something from reporting or from participating when other students report? What?
- Should students receive feedback from teachers or from each other on their work? If so, what is the purpose of that?
- Is it an examination? If so, how should it be possible to determine who has contributed to what is to be examined? How can it be made clear to students in advance what they are expected to do and how?
