Technological development is shaping the future of work. In a thought-provoking lecture, Sofia Thunberg shares insights into AI, the role of humans and how society, politics and the labour market are affected in a changing time.

Technological development will continue to affect our labour market. In her lecture, Sofia Thunberg gives a historical look back from the industrial revolution to today's AI development and highlights how the role of humans is changing as technology evolves from replacing physical work to cognitive tasks. The lecture addresses political, national and global perspectives, discusses key issues and concerns about AI and provides examples from different sectors that underline the importance of taking an active approach to a rapidly changing world.

The lecture is part of the Mötesplats Campus employer mingle and begins the meeting between students and employers. As an employee, you are warmly welcome to participate in the lecture and take part in Sofia Thunberg's insights regarding AI in the labor market, subject to availability. The lecture will be held in Swedish.
