MIUN storage surfaces - safe place for storage

A safe place to save your files is Mid Sweden University's storage space. On
the storage area is made regular backups automatically, which means that if files
should be lost, they can in most cases be recreated. By the storage surface is meant in the first
hand each employee's personal file storage space and secondarily any
common areas / folders. To "each employee's personal file storage area" has only

At Mid Sweden University's storage areas receive sensitive personal data and confidential material
saved.
 

Personal folder

For those of you who work at a centrally managed computer, we recommend that you always
saves your documents and files in the personal storage area. This is synchronized
against a server for external storage and backup, so you do not lose your files at one
hard drive crash or computer theft.
 

Shared folders

Department folder / department folder - Your department, department or faculty can have
a common storage area where you all have access to the same material. You can share
