Format of contributions
The conference offers three different contribution formats: oral presentation, workshop, and poster presentation. If the number of contributions received exceeds the scope of the program, the organizing group may propose an alternative form of contribution.
Oral presentation, 25 minutes
Presentation about 15 minutes followed by 10 minutes for questions. It is also possible to set up the session more interactively. Feel free to use Mentimeter or similar to create participation.
Prior to the conference, information about your session will also be presented digitally on the conference website. All presenters should be listed here.. You will also have the opportunity to post a brief description of your session, e.g. via text of a maximum of 1000 characters, a picture, and/or a video of no moree than 2 minutes.
Presentations during the conference will be held on Zoom.
Workshop, 1.5h max
The format may vary based on your specific needs and wishes but should be interactive and exploratory to facilitate engaging discussions and collaborative problem-solving. The workshop should give participants the opportunity to actively contribute, discuss or test methods together with the workshop leaders.

Workshops during the conference will be held on Zoom, with the possibility of using group rooms.
Poster presentation, 5 minutes
Create an A1 portrait poster for physical print. The poster will be posted on both campuses before the conference. Each physical poster should include a QR code linked to the conference website, which you will receive from us. During the conference, you will be given the opportunity to present your poster online, about 5 minutes followed by a few minutes to answer questions.
The poster will also be presented digitally on the conference website. All authors should be listed here. You may also post a brief description of the poster, e.g. via a video of no more than 2 minutes.
Poster presentations during the conference will be held on Zoom.
