Types of grants
The conference offers three different formats for contributions: oral presentation, workshop, and poster presentation. If the number of contributions received exceeds the scope of the program, the organizing group may propose an alternative form of contribution.
Oral presentation, 25 minutes
Presentation for about 15 minutes and then 10 minutes for questions. It is also possible to set up the session more interactively. Feel free to use Mentimeter or similar to create participation.
Prior to the conference, information about your session will also be presented digitally on the conference website. For the website, presenters must be listed with their name and title. Here you will also be given the opportunity to briefly present a description of your session, e.g. via text of a maximum of 150 words, a picture, and/or a film of a maximum of 2 minutes.
Presentations during the conference will be held in Zoom.
Workshop, 1.5h max
The format should be participant-activating and exploratory, with the goal of jointly deepening an issue and testing solutions. The format may vary based on your needs and wishes. The workshop should give participants the opportunity to actively contribute, discuss or test methods together with the workshop leaders.

Workshops during the conference will be held in Zoom, with the possibility of group rooms.
Poster presentation, 5 min
Create a physical poster in format A1 standing. It will be posted on both campuses before the conference. On each physical poster there will be a QR code for the conference website, which you will receive from us. During the conference, you will be given the opportunity to present your poster online, about 5 minutes. Then you will be given a few minutes to answer questions.
The poster will also be presented digitally on the conference website. For the website, the author with name and title must also be stated. Here you will also be given the opportunity to briefly present a description of the poster, e.g. via a film of maximum 2 minutes.
Poster presentations during the conference will be held in Zoom.
