New digital application for study break

The procedure for applying for a study break will change from 23 March 2026. Applications will be submitted digitally via the Service Portal, simplifying the process and contributing to faster handling.
From Monday, 23 March 2026, you as a student will apply digitally via the Service Portal instead of using a Word form.
The new solution makes it easier to submit your application and contributes to a faster and more efficient processing of cases.
