Introduction Days
During the Introduction Days, you will get a lot of useful information from the university staff about your upcoming studies. You will also get the chance to get to know your future classmates.
The introduction days for international students are designed to help you orient yourself in a new academic environment, a new city, and a new culture. We strongly recommend that all international students attend the introduction days.
Introduction Days Spring Semester 2026
Dates: Thursday, January 15, and Friday, January 16
Sundsvall - 13:00 Registration, Campus location Building N, room 102 (bring your passport).
Östersund - 13:00 Registration, Campus location Building G, room 1351 (bring your passport).
Registration opens on Monday, December 15, 2025 and closes on Friday, January 9, 2026.
You must register before Friday, January 9, 2026.

Additionally, there is the Welcome to Campus fika for new students to Mid Sweden University!
Student ambassadors, the Student Union and representatives from the municipality will be on campus and offer coffee.
