FAQ about credit transfer

The case officer points out which documents/documents are missing for the examination of the case. If the documents requested are not received despite reminders, the consequence may be that the matter cannot be taken up for consideration. If certain documents have been received but certain documents are still missing, the case may be admissible without being complete. However, the outcome may be different then than if the application were complete. 

When the decision on credit transfer relates to the entire course or subject, the reporting in Ladok is taken care of by the Degree Function in connection with the decision being notified to the student.

If, on the other hand, the decision concerns part of a course or module, reporting in Ladok is handled by the responsible department's faculty officer, when the student is registered for the course to which the decision on credit transfer applies.

Please note: if there is no registration for the course to which the decision applies (for part of the course, modules), it is the student's responsibility to notify the decision on credit transfer to the responsible department's faculty officer for reporting the credit transfer. This can only be done at the stage when the student has registered for the course in question.
