If needed, the responsible person, unit or academic department within the organization is contacted. Outside of the organization, your personal data may be used for verification purposes, contacts with other seats of learning as well as with the National Board of Health and Welfare in the context of information-gathering procedures, such as the checking the professional status qualification of nurses.
Mid Sweden University is a government authority and as such, we act in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations on public records storage and public statistics. The University will process data in accordance with current legislation. This means for instance that if a person requests a document containing your personal data, Mid Sweden University may disclose the information, if the document is not classified.
