Upgrade SEB Inspera!

New version of SEB (SafeExamBrowser) needed at Inspera hall exams
If you are going to write the exam in Inspera you need to upgrade your SEB to a new version, you do so via demo exam SEB in Inspera. The new versions are called Windows: 3.4.1 and for Mac: 3.2.5
